Each individual may hold only one active jtween account. Opening or operating more than one account — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, jtween reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void all pending bets, and forfeit any balances held across those accounts without prior notice or compensation.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jtween username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. jtween will not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to keep your credentials secure. jtween operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in accordance with anti-money laundering best practices. You may be required to provide one or more of the following documents before withdrawals are processed: a government-issued national identity card (NID), a valid passport, a utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months, or confirmation of your registered mobile financial service account. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in suspension of withdrawal functionality.
You may request the closure of your jtween account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be returned to your registered payment method after all pending wagering requirements have been satisfied. jtween reserves the right to close any account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or violation of these Terms.
jtween accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).
The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Minimum withdrawal amounts vary by payment method and will be displayed in the cashier section of your account at the time of request. jtween does not charge a platform fee on deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges, for which jtween accepts no responsibility.
Withdrawal requests are typically processed to the same payment method used for the relevant deposit. Mobile wallet withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) are ordinarily processed within three to five minutes of approval. Bank transfers may take up to two business days depending on your financial institution. jtween reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending the satisfactory completion of KYC verification or pending investigation of suspected fraud or policy violation.
All player accounts are maintained in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). jtween does not offer multi-currency accounts. Any currency conversion required by your payment provider is conducted outside the jtween platform and at rates determined solely by that provider. jtween accepts no responsibility for exchange rate fluctuations or conversion fees applied by third-party payment processors.
Important: jtween will never request your bKash, Nagad, or Rocket PIN. Do not share your mobile wallet PIN with any person claiming to represent jtween. All legitimate deposits and withdrawals are processed through the official cashier section of your jtween account only.
jtween offers promotional bonuses to eligible players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL season, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and Victory Day. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each individual promotion. In the event of any conflict between a promotion-specific term and these general Terms, the promotion-specific term shall prevail in respect of that promotion only.
Unless expressly stated otherwise in a promotion's specific terms, all bonus amounts are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated clearly in each promotion's terms. jtween reserves the right to void bonus balances and any associated winnings where it determines that a player has attempted to exploit promotional terms in a manner inconsistent with their intended purpose.
Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. jtween reserves the right to restrict bonus eligibility based on account history, payment method, geographic location, or any other criteria applied at its sole discretion. Players who hold multiple accounts, who have previously abused promotional terms, or whose accounts are under review for any reason may be excluded from promotion participation.
Bonus amounts and free spins that are not used or activated within the time period specified in the relevant promotion's terms will expire automatically. Expired bonuses will not be reinstated under any circumstances. It is your responsibility to monitor the expiry dates of any bonus credited to your account.
All bets placed on the jtween platform are final once confirmed. You are solely responsible for the bets you place, including verifying that the selection, stake, and odds displayed are correct before confirming a wager. jtween will not cancel or reverse bets placed in error except where a manifest technical error on the part of jtween is demonstrably established.
jtween reserves the right to alter, suspend, or remove any betting market, odds, or event at any time without prior notice. Where a market is suspended after a bet has been placed and confirmed at valid odds, the bet will stand. Where a bet is placed during a period of market suspension due to a technical error, jtween reserves the right to void the bet and return the stake to the player's account.
All casino and slot games available on the jtween platform are supplied by third-party certified providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Microgaming, NetEnt, and Spribe. These games use independently audited random number generator (RNG) systems. jtween does not modify game outcomes. Any dispute regarding the outcome of a certified provider's game must be directed first to the game provider in accordance with that provider's dispute resolution process.
Where a sporting event is cancelled, postponed, or declared void by the relevant governing body, jtween's settlement rules for that event will be applied in accordance with jtween's event-specific rules as published in the sportsbook. In most cases, stakes on void events will be returned to the player's account. jtween's decision on event settlement is final.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jtween excludes all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive loss or damage arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of funds, loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption — whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise — even if jtween has been advised of the possibility of such loss.
jtween does not warrant that the platform will be available without interruption, that it will be free from errors or viruses, or that any specific game or betting market will be available at any given time. Your use of the platform is at your own risk.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude jtween's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English-language version of these Terms and any translated version, the English-language version shall prevail.
